  • 1.  Capture Action Map Name as Participant Data in IVR

    Hi,

    We are using Predictive Engagement to offer chats on a website. The chats are triggered by different Action Maps.
    In the IVR I need to get the Action Map Name that the chat was triggered by.

    I can successfully capture the Action Map ID (context._actActionMapId) and Action Map Version (context._actActionMapVersion), but cannot find the correct attribute to get the Action Map Name. I have tried context._actActionMapName as a test but it didn't pull in the details. 

    Anyone know what the correct attribute to use here?

    Couldn't you use /api/v2/journey/actionmaps/{actionMapId} and get the displayName:

    Hi Robert, thanks for the suggestion. 
    I was hoping the attribute would come through as context participant data in the chat flow instead of having to do an API call to get it?
    Similar to how we get the ActionMapId currently.
