I'm not sure you can continue the same conversation by pasting in the conversationID. I think you would need to create a new conversation with the original conversationID being assigned as a custom attribute and then use architect to gather the original information. I will look into this, but hopefully someone in the meantime might be able to clarify

Hi Team,
I am working on a requirement where the as is to deflect from a voice chatbot to a digital chatbot. As part of this, I ham storing customer's captured data like name, intent into a contact list and using the conversation ID as the unique identifier. I am appending the same conversation ID into the chat URL, now I am not sure how to capture the conversation Id from the Query Parameter into our digital bot so we can go and retrieve the same contact from the contact list, so the customer gets an experience of continuing the conversation from chat.
Please suggest what changes need to be done in the deployment snippet and at the architect side to capture the value from the URL.
