Hi Friends,
I have been asked to help evaluate if the new Case Management features would help one of our business units fill a gap.
I remember seeing an early demo in a roadmap session (I think) but I cannot find this again. I would like a little more detail than provided in the learning course 'Work Automation: Case Management Introduction'.
Is anyone able to point to any other content regarding this feature? I would like to avoid building something myself at this time.
