Hi there,

The sales side of our business shares evaluation forms with QA. Is there a way to create categories within the evaluation forms tab in Genesys to organize the different forms used by different departments?

Hi Caitlyn,

Currently there is not a way to create categories for forms, your best bet is to use a naming convention that would provide this information upfront. 
There is an idea: Division awareness: Evaluations and Survey forms that will restrict access so that divisions can only see their own forms.
