My GC Professional cert is due for renewal in a few months. Is there any documentation on what updates have been made in the last 2 years vs. just going through all the course material again?

I have just gone through the recertification process - and there did not seem to be too much content aimed at the new features - maybe the course material has not yet been updated!

As a pretty regular user of Genesys Cloud - I did not do any specific preparation - just familiarised myself with some of the lesser used parts off the course material - like telephony setup, and passed comfortably.

As for 100% - I doubt anyone would ever get it - as there are several questions in there that ask for weird things that you are sooo unlikely to remember - but thankfully very few of them!

This topic is good to know. I will begin to study to renewal my GCP certification too.
