    Is anyone here studying for the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) or has already obtained the certification?

    I'm planning to take this certification but I'd like some tips on how to study for the exam!

    In my opinion, this certification is one of the simplest. I don't know if it's because I'm work by Genesys every day, but it was the easiest for me.
     
    The most difficult so far (even though I get work every day) was the Outbound. I failed once, passed on the second try, haha.

    To add to what Kaio accurately said, if you have the Technical Subscription, you can also attend the Certification Preparation for the Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification Exam which allows you to assess your knowledge and ask questions to an instructor.

    Also recently Genesys made available a practice exam that you can take for free directly in the Exam platform (Kryterion) used by Genesys: https://webassessor.com/genesys

    You navigate to "Register for an Exam" and expand the "Practice Exams" section.

    I've taken (and passed) the exam twice. It's best to get the latest info on their website to see what's best to prep for the current exam. If you join CXPA you can access the online Community which has a section where people share tips on how to prepare.

    I went through several books, sample tests, looked at Tomkin's site a good bit, did some practice tests, asked questions on the Community and used my own experience.

    I'll make sure to join the community so I can learn with others' experience. Here in Brazil this certification is not that popular, so getting practice tests/materials is a difficult task (compared to PMP, Scrum etc.).
