    Hello,

    Is there any way to display the status box of the embedded framework in a different color depending on the current presence status? For example, showing green if Available or red if Busy, instead gray for all.

    Note: I have already reviewed the theme configuration documentation for the embedded framework here https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/embeddable-framework/configMethods/themeObjectSettings and there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this.

    Hello,

    There is unfortunately no available capability/configuration in the embeddable framework setup allowing what you're describing. You can request new features and share your use case on the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal.
