    Hi Team,
    I have a requirement to change the date format from English to French in contact list. Genesys Cloud gets the contact list from third party application via API where we have a field contains date let's say 09th November 2021 (ENG) and we are looking for a solution within Genesys Cloud to change the date format in respective field from English to French to 09th Novembre 2021. Can anyone helps me to identify the solution if it's achievable within GC.
