    is it somehow possible to change the default ringtone for WebRTC?

    Unfortunately PureCloud does not allow you to change the app's built in ringtone at this time. This applies to WebRTC and the in-app ringtone when using physical stations as well.

    I would love to see the default ringtone changed. We have a lot of complaints from internal users about it. It would be best if multiple options are available so users can select between these. Something smoother and softer as an option would be best. Call center agents have souls and the current ringtone is really painful to absorb, especially when you get > 20 calls per day. Thank you in advance.
