we are looking for a way to replace the value of the "fromUser" field of the invite sip message, in outbound calls, with the phone number selected by the agent on agent script. we found a solution with uui data, which however then requires a rule on the sbc side, has anyone had similar needs and knows a way to set the value of the "fromUser" field directly in genesys?
