Today, Planners will need to modify the forecast to reflect the recent changes made to operational hours, in the future Genesys will develop capability that allows Planners to set opening hours within the Forecasting process rather than use the operating hours configured by Queue.

We recently changed our hours of operation. Because we're using Automatic Best Method to forecast for one of the business units, it is still forecasting volume where we are no longer open. Is there a solution so that we do not have to manually adjust the forecast for these timeframes every time we go to generate a schedule?
