    Can we change IVR routing (from using a schedule based routing to rout all calls to one flow) through API? Use case is to quickly change all routings at once in case of an emergency,

    Hi Florian, currently IVR routes, schedule groups, and schedules are part of the Architect API and aren't exposed in the public API yet.

    I'm interested in the Architect API as well. Is there an ETA on when it will be made available?

    There's currently not a timeline for releasing the Architect APIs. If you can make a post in the enhancement requests category with your use case, that will be helpful to us when prioritizing features.

    The Architect API is available now, but schedule groups and schedules are not part of it (or I'm looking wrong). Any idea when they will be added?

    The release of the schedules APIs is being tracked as ES-5800. The ETA is tentatively mid-July.
