    Hi All

    I have change system prompts for num_1 using record from browser

    and I've also pressed the preview button, and the sound has changed with the sound I recorded,

    But when I play audio tts number 1 on the reusable task or reusable menu, why is the sound that comes out still the default sound ?
    does not play back the sound I have recorded

    If you use the TTS option to play the prompt, then it will use TTS to play the number. If you want to play what you recorded, use the Prompt option in the Play Audio, not TTS.
