I am creating a call simulator to modify the area code, date and time. To test inbound calls. I want to change the value of the Call.ini variable to one that includes the composer region code in the simulator. But the valid call.ini does not change.
Currently, the call.ani value cannot be overwritten. You can copy that to another attribute and show that in a script for the agent, but not change the one that is shown in the pop-up on incoming conversations. I only managed to do what I wanted on a flow transfer, with a set participant data and a get participant data.
