    we are looking for a way to globally Change the WebRTC phone settings for all agents in GC as well in the sales force embedded Client?

    Hi Joseph,

    It depends on what settings you want to change.  You can configure base settings for WebRTC and you can see how to Customize the base settings here.

    I hope this helps, but let me know if there is anything else you were looking to do.

    Thanks so much Sam for you response

    we are trying to toggle the "placing calls with another app" on/off for all agents

    and same will be needed to be done in the Sales Force widget

    We are trying to avoid relying on the agents to set it correctly.

    Hi Joseph,

    It doesn't look like there is a way of setting this for agents remotely, I would recommend raising this as an idea in Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
