    Hi,

    I created my own interaction widget. Is there a way to have it open automatically when a chat is picked up by the agent. At the moment the default profile widget opens

    Hello,

    At this time, the only setting available is what is defined via the Panel Manager. This is defined per media type. So if all chats are to display your Interaction Widget, you can modify the default contextual panel for the chat media type, to select your Interaction Widget.
