I don't know whether this has already been posted but I've come across this issue a few times now. If I want to change someone's leave request from annual leave to TOIL for instance it asks me to re-estimate the amount of leave. However as they don't have a schedule any more it always recalculates the paid time to 0.
At the moment i just cancel the leave and resubmit it as the new type of leave but it would be good if it could calculate the time off based on their work plans rather than what is scheduled.
