  • 1.  Changing an org name after its creation

    After getting our org set up, my management has requested that we change our org name. I looked through the help and saw that that is not possible from our side. Wondering if this would be something that is even possible from Interactives side? or would we need to scrap everything and start over?

    Hi @Marty Papesh. Great question! I'm not certain if we can change the name of your org, so I'd like to ask an expert.  Perhaps @George Ganahl or @Nicholas Luthy could provide some insight?

    Hi @Marty Papesh , at this time we are not able to modify the name of a PureCloud ORG.

    Hi Joe,

    Was just wondering now that it's been 'TWO' years after your comment, is there now a way to change the ORG name? We have receieved such requests, more often than not on our side,
