    Is it possible to change colors for the Dashboard.  Example, changing the words or once the time is above a certain number to change colors automatically.

    Hi Rob

    In Dashboards you can set Alerts/Warnings as Genesys class them eg if a Value is Above or Below a set value changing its colour:

    I am not able to access Warnings.  That is grayed out.  How do I access it?
