Workforce Engagement Management

How can we change the name format so it is in standard Last, First format?  The First Last makes working very difficult.  When one puts names in alphabetical order, the standard has always been Last, First.  You may have 50 Johns, but only one with the last name Makenzie and having to have names listed in Frist Last format adds time when trying to verify who is assigned to what.  

Alos, we work in the 24-hr clock.  How can I change the time display in the workforce management tool to the 24-Hr clock?

Genesys Cloud user profiles only have the concept of a single name field (Full Name label on the input field in Directory). If the system had built-in fields for first and last name we could offer formatting options. Since it is is just one field we wouldn't be able to guarantee we could determine first versus last name (e.g., customers may have created users with last name first in the single field, people can have several names that make up their entire name, etc.). I would recommend creating an Idea in Ideas Lab to allow optional specification of components of a name on the user's profile with a note that you would like to have user name formatting options.
