Is there an estimated timeframe for when co-browse will be available for chat v2 widget?  Also, when this is made available, is this something that can be turned on in Admin or do Developers have to turn it on with code, etc.

Good morning Laura:

We developed with the Genesys partner Halbert Calderón a Widget Chat v2 - Altocloud and Webchat Widget v1 integration in order to make available both functionalities in the same web page, with the possibility of using co-browsing, screen sharing and the customer journey - altocloud. So, after 20 seconds the user stays in a web page reading or clicking some options then the Altocloud v2 widget is displayed. Then, if the customer cancels the use of the Altocloud v2 widget then the second widget is displayed (v1).
In order to did that, we had to mix both widget codes and develop the custom behaviour that was specified by our client, and we get that worked by control both widgets session´s lifecycle and states.
