Just wondering if it is possible for agent to change the chat notification sound to another prompt in the Purecloud? it's currently too soft and agent is easy to miss. all the agents have set the volume to maximum but since it only rang once, it's easy to miss. I checked from Purecloud online documentation, it can only change device but not notification prompt. please advise if there is other way. Thanks.
