    We utilize chat and see a recurring issue on Friday evenings at 5:30 pm mountain time. Basically, chat goes down for us for a period of time. We are working with Genesys but it could certainly be an internal network issue that is causing our issue. Does anyone see issues with chat on Fridays around 5:30pm mountain time?​
