Two part question both related to chat so I combined in one thread. I searched the community and Ideas Lab and didn't find much on my topics.
Question 1:
Do we have the ability to build in a screen pop in Chat so we can pop our CRM? We have it built out on phone interactions through the flows.
Question 2:
How do we shut down chat in the event we activate the Emergencies Routing?
