    Hi,

    We have observed in our chat transcripts that it is showing the Queue name to which chat is routed to (as part of the acd participant's information in the "from" key value). Similarly, we would like to have the Architect flow's name to be shown as part of the workflow information. Is it possible to do this kind of customization in the chat transcripts?

    Note - The "from" key value is empty in the case of architect info.
