Hi Dev forum,
It is possible to transfer chat(web mesaging) from Genesys cloud inbound message flow to an external chat provider e.g. MS teams or zoom user (who is not setup under people in GC ).
E.g -> chat comes to gc inbound message flow -> this flow calls a genesys digital bot flow and bot flow presents language options to the customer -> customer chooses 'German' (say) ->choosing this option , the flow should transfer him to a particular MS teams user , or zoom user (external user to GC ). Is there any integration that can support this transfer ?

Would anything like Universal Messaging connector help here? I know, it does translate messages from MS teams to GC, but not sure about the vice-versa.
