    Hello, 

        we are trying to insert the thumbs up and thumbs down for answered retrieved from an external chat bot, ie integrated into Genesys Chat. we have teh Ask for yes/No in the architect flow but would prefer a thumbs up and thumbs down approach is it possible

    @Ali Karchiwala - The ability to easily substitute images in place of text (e.g. thumbs up/down for yes/no) for Quick Replies would be a great idea to post in the Product Ideas Lab.
