    In Genesys cloud chatbot, If customer interacts with Chatbot and is presented with an option to click, and to do full self service, customer has to login, after logging in, will the chat session remain intact, and after logging into the website will the previous messages with the bot load ? How can this be achieved ?

    Hi Shakti,

    I haven't encountered this scenario, but hopefully someone in the community can help.  Have you been able to check what happens or is this just clarifying how it will work?
