    Hello,

    I have prepared demo which shows working integration between Genesys Cloud web messaging and ChatGPT chatbot by OpenAI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ChatGPT) feel free to test :-)

    yeah.. for some reason sometimes it's stuck - need to check why.. if you clear "local storage" in your browser then it should work fine :)

    That's great @Kamil Sienicki. Can you share more details on how you integrated ?  I suppose you used Genesys Bot connector to call 3rd-party bots. Just curious can we extend current Genesys Dialog flow bot to be further integrated & trained using chatGpt (I read it somewhere but wasn't sure).

    Also, during test I keep receiving 'processing, please wait message...' is it normal or can this be changed?

    Best would be a Bot Connector to allow better integration and direct connectivity to the bot.  Check with Open.ai is "open" to creating one.  It is not that difficult.  Other option is to use a web service and create your own Bot Connector.

    @Nathan Tossens that was my first approach of ​trying to integrate ChatGPT but because it's limited now I'm using modified version of https://github.com/acheong08/ChatGPT to integrate GC with ChatGPT :)
