To confirm what Phaneendra said, for security purposes, sensitive credential information like OAuth client secrets are masked or hidden in the Genesys Cloud UI. This is by design to protect critical security information from unauthorized access. This means that while you can see the field names and structure, you cannot retrieve the actual stored credential values (like passwords or client secrets) to compare them directly. The only way to confirm that the new configuration is being used would be to re-create the configuration.

I agree with the Jyoti. From my understanding, once the credential has been configured, the sensitive values themselves cannot be viewed or retrieved. In situations like this, I've generally ended up creating new credentials and updating the integration to use them.
