    Hi, I want to check if any agent has been assigned to an interaction from data action. Is there any API where I can pass the interaction id and get results?

    Hi,

    If you use GET /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details you will see the agent's details under the participant structure with "purpose": "agent"
