On the 31st of December we added a schedule that should be valid
all day.
This schedule was added to a schedule group under the "Closed". But for some reason we still got in calls.
Our workaround to get this fixed was to remove the standard opening hours under "Open" schedule.
Are we the only one that had this issue or did you also get calls even if it was closed?
