    Hi Jesus,

Having recently prepared for the Cloud CX: AI – GPE & GPR Certification, I'd recommend focusing on understanding how the AI components work together in real-world implementations rather than trying to memorize individual features.

Key topics I would study include:

    • Predictive Engagement concepts and architecture
    • Predictive Routing fundamentals and configuration
    • Outcomes, goals, segments, and visitor journey tracking
    • Web tracking and Predictive Engagement deployment
    • Routing methods and AI-driven routing decisions
    • Roles, permissions, and licensing requirements
    • Reporting, analytics, and performance measurement
    • Common implementation scenarios and use cases

In addition to the certification learning path, I highly recommend reviewing the related Genesys Learning courses, Genesys Help Center documentation, and any product overviews associated with Predictive Engagement and Predictive Routing.

My biggest piece of advice is to make full use of the free Genesys practice exam. Don't just take it once and look at your score. Review every question carefully, understand why the correct answer is correct, and identify any knowledge gaps. In my experience, the practice exam provides valuable insight into the level of detail and the style of questions you'll see on the actual certification.

If you have access to a Genesys Cloud environment, spend some time exploring:

    • Predictive Routing configuration
    • Predictive Engagement setup
    • Outcome and segment configuration
    • Reporting and analytics

Hands-on experience helps reinforce the concepts much better than reading alone.

My recommended study formula would be:

Official Learning Path + Genesys Help Center + Hands-on Practice + Free Practice Exam

Following that approach should put you in a strong position for the certification. Good luck with your exam!

    Thanks,
