    It shows on a co-workers.  I guess all that matters is that it shows in credly.  Was more concerned about the checklist in learn.genesys.com and thought this could be related.

    Depending on the exam you sat, you've probably already found out that there may be other pre-requisites for badges to flow through properly.  For example the Certified Partner exam requires that you've completed the certified partner course as well and actually submitted it as being completed.

    Hey Brandon, this is a great question and thanks for bringing it up. We currently have ribbons for three certifications: Cloud CX, Multicloud CX, and Certified Professional.

    These ribbons are currently added manually through a CSV upload that is provided to my team. We are currently waiting on the latest versions of the lists, but I put the request in to see if we can get them sooner.

    Brandon, someone messaged me and thought I should clarify that the three certification ribbons that we have in the community are for Beyond Certifications. It looks like what you have is through our Partner Enablement badge system, so it would not qualify, but I will check with that team and see if we can get some of these options in the community.
