Has anyone figured out a way of providing the equivalent to Engage Workbins for Cloud CX Email? Migrating a customer to Cloud CX who has heavily used workbins is a challenge since they have that capability of putting an email in their personal workbin for a period of time and coming back to it. There are various reasons why this happens and just looking for any solution someone has used to provide the equivalent functionality on Cloud CX.
