    Hi Jason,

    CX Architect accepting .wav files to upload in the user prompts.I need to use *.opus prompts and how to achieve it?

    Thank you for that additional context. Unfortunately, based on this Resource Center article, we only allow .WAV audio files to be uploaded at this time. If you would like to see other file formats be allowed, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab.

    To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

    Genesys Architect has no problem with OPUS files.  All you need to do is change the extension from G.OPUS to .WAV and import into Genesys using the prompt upload.  When you download recordings, you are given a choice of WAV or OPUS, but both are a wavefile with different encoding (ADPCM as opposed to OPUS).
