I am sorry if this has already been posted. I tried researching and did not see anything close to this Idea on the community. I, and others have voted on this Idea, and I have seen many different posts on this, but I am curious if anyone know if this has any plans of being built out.
I understand that you can now change a users status from on/off queue, and I understand that you can log a user off of a phone/station, but that has nothing to do with getting the user logged off of the PureCloud environment.
