    I'm trying to setup co-browse on our site and I'm getting the same error that this ticket reported: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/getting-error-while-co-browse/6274

    The agent starts the co-browse session, the customer "accepts" and an error on the customer browser says "Error joining page sharing session".

    I think that I have it setup correctly based on the documentation: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/cobrowse/index.html

    However, when I evaluate the browser developer logs I can see that after starting the chat session, and before the co-browse attempt by the agent, there is a line in the logs that says, "Cobrowse launch point not found in DOM after 30 seconds".

    Why am I getting this error? Is there a script trying to manipulate the DOM?

    If you've set it up correctly per the documentation, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate further.
