The main errors we get are when we are changing a page and we get the message: "Disconnected. Your page is no longer shared." or the message "Error. Error joining page sharing session".
We checked the connectivity, the ports required are open so it is seems ok.

May we know if there are error messages when you experience disconnection during Co-browse session? I reviewed past cases about this on customer care portal and one of the possible reasons for this issue is an indication of connectivity errors. But we want to make sure the real cause that's why we want to know if there are error messages or you may want to share the scenario for the issue.
