    Hi everyone,
    Do you use the Co-Browsing functions? We would like to hear other customers feedback.
    We built a demo on our site but we often experience disconnections from the co-browse sessions. Do you also encounter such issues?

    Hi Mathieu,

    May we know if there are error messages when you experience disconnection during Co-browse session? I reviewed past cases about this on customer care portal and one of the possible reasons for this issue is an indication of connectivity errors. But we want to make sure the real cause that's why we want to know if there are error messages or you may want to share the scenario for the issue.

    Hi Jo,

    Thank you for your answer.
    The main errors we get are when we are changing a page and we get the message: "Disconnected. Your page is no longer shared." or the message "Error. Error joining page sharing session".
    We checked the connectivity, the ports required are open so it is seems ok.

    Thanks for your reply.

    You may want to check the deployment of your co-browse since you said that you just built the demo for your site. This developer link might help to check the settings of your co-browse. See this link.

    Sorry for the late response, but as a conclusion of this thread, it was an issue on Genesys side. It is now fixed and working well.
