    All,

    I have requirement to show disclaimer message along with the accept button which gets displayed at the customer side to accept the screen share.
    Currently customer get message as "screen share request" along with Accept and Reject button.

    I want to replace message ("screen share request") with custom message.

    Can someone help if it is possible and how

    In the API, there seems to be a way to put in a welcome message:
    // Text displayed when the chat window opens
    "welcomeMessage": "Thanks for chatting.",
    https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/cobrowse/

    Though it mentions chat, it is part of the co-browse API.

    It is not about welcome message. I am looking for the message which is getting displayed when the co-browse request has been initiated..
