Yes, easily. Just us an Ask for Slot at the top of your bot with one for Name (any slot) and another any slot for Email address. If you want to validate the email, here is a good REGEX that can be used instead of the any slot:
/[a-z0-9!#$%&'*+/=?^_`{|}~-]+(?:\.[a-z0-9!#$%&'*+/=?^_`{|}~-]+)*@(?:[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9-]*[a-z0-9])?\.)+[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9-]*[a-z0-9])?/g
Be sure that your messenger configuration has Auto-start turned on.
