  • 1.  Collect SMS "to" Address

    Hi
    We set up an inbound flow that offers callers from mobiles the option to receive a web link via SMS.  This works fine, but some customers then send a return SMS, we would like to again send an agentless SMS informing the customer this SMS is not monitored.  The bit I'm struggling with is what var to use for the "to" address.

    Solved - I was massively over complicating, it's send response, no need for any actions.

    Hi
    Firstly a decision to check for a UK phone number
    Check for a mobile number IE begins with 7
    If a mobile is detected offer link to SMS
    Send agentless SMS
    If no mobile is detected offer SMS
    Request caller enters mobile number
    check if valid
    Send agentless SMS
