In the coming months, Architect will roll out a series of user interface (UI) enhancements aimed at creating a more modern, consistent, and visually refined experience across the platform. These updates focus solely on visual design - workflows, navigation, and functionality will remain unchanged. The refinements reflect our ongoing commitment to design consistency, accessibility, and visual clarity. Users can look forward to a refreshed appearance that aligns with the broader Genesys design language, while all existing features and interactions stay exactly the same, with a nice addition of Dark Mode.

Phased Rollout Plan

• Phase 1 – Foundational Updates
  The first phase prepares the system for future improvements through backend library updates. During this stage, users may notice minor visual differences, such as subtle changes in spacing, font weight, or icon style. These updates are minimal and will roll out gradually over the coming week.
• Phase 2 – Visual Refresh
  The second phase will introduce more visible UI refinements, including the long-awaited Dark Mode and enhanced accessibility options. Customers will receive a 90 days' advance notice before these updates are enforced. We will also have opt-in preview toggle available to allow early access and feedback ahead of the full release. Once this toggle is available we will provide an update here.

What to Expect
