    Is there any information anywhere which outlines the responsibilities, dependencies and considerations around the usage of the Genesys Communicate App for a customer ?. I have looked in the Resource Centre and cannot find much information on the app at all.

    The communicator app will use the same login as if they went in through the Web UI, Desktop App, or Embedded Framework client, even though it only uses communicate features and the agent may be a GCx license.  They need to have a minimum of communicate permissions/role to use the app.  What other considerations are you looking for?
