    Hi ,

i want to understand how calls move in backend when it transfer from 1 edge to another edge. Lets have the scenario below:

    Site 1 : France
Trunk : Sip Trunk with SBC
    Edges : France_Edge1 and France_Edge2

    Site 2 : Dubai
Trunk : Sip Trunk with Cisco gateway which have PRI lines terminated
    Edges : Dubai_Edge1 and Dubai_Edge2

My Custumer is on Dubai site who dials the TFN , call came from Dubai PRI to Dubai Edges and waiting for Agent , since no agent avalaible as per routing call moves to a Queue whose agent resides at France site registered at France Edges .

Now my Customer leg is still on Dubai Edge and Agent is on France Edge , how communication is taking place in backend on Cloud , in Engage we used to do ISCC in case of SIP switch movement , how it works in cloud .

Both France and Dubai are part of same Edge Group .

You are going to want to enable Global Media Fabric on your ORG so you can let Genesys control the call paths.  With this, you will be able to specific global areas for each of these sites and you will be able to terminate to both local and cloud Edges if you have Hybrid Media enabled.  If you have the incoming call and the agent in the same site/location, then the media will stay local to that location.  Let me know if you need more info, but here are a couple of links:
