    Hey Ben,

    This sign-in page has a password reset option: https://apps.mypurecloud.com/community-login/signin.html

    If it fails, I would encourage you to reach out to customercare@genesys.com

    ​Thanks Matt but what I'm looking for is how to update my logon password. I did request a password reset and was sent a cryptic one, would like to now change my logon password to something I can easily remember..

    Ah. Give this a try: https://apps.genesys.com/pcodebroker/SetPcode.aspx 

    If that fails there will be an update this weekend that will give Reset Password emails a temporary link to a page that allows the user to enter their own password.

    Sadly, in Aug 2025, this appears to still be an issue.  Just joined, and while I was able to look this up on this post, there does not appear to be any way to change rather than reset your own password without using this post to find the https://apps.genesys.com/pcodebroker/SetPcode.aspx link originally posted by Matt Lawson back in 2019.  Happy to find this post and the link which still worked, but this really should be something Members could do or find from their Account/Profile.

    Hey Barbara, I get it! The password that you use for the community is shared across Genesys Resource Sites, hence why Okta is the key "profile" in this sense.
