I'm trying to complete an Experience Index Survey to earn the Tier 2 : Conductor Badge/Certification.

Can anyone provide the link to complete the survey below?

That's interesting Jonathan - do you know if we need to register/subscribe to something specific to be eligible to receive these surveys?

Thanks for that. I completed the Survey listed on AI, and I assume its not valid for Genesys Orchestrators as I have had no impact to my account. The Survey seems to be only valid on the 8 specific topics that they list.

If you are participating in the Genesys Orchestrators tiered engagement program (Producer, Conductor, Composer, Maestro), you may be prompted to complete platform feedback or community surveys. [1]

Where to find them: Check your specific community dashboard or Orchestrators portal notifications.

How to complete: Follow the provided links to answer demographic and engagement-related questions to advance your status in the program.

This led me to the Orchestrators portal Community page: https://orchestrators.genesys.com/community?product=genesys-cloud-cx

Near the bottom of this page, there is a section labeled "Check out these exiting activities". It has a search dropdown with a Survey option. In there, I found an Experience survey to complete.

They are not guaranteed to be there so you have to check back from time to time to see if they have posted any.
