  • 1.  Completion of the orchestrator enrollment

    I tried to get started in the Orchestrators Achiever's Lounge under "Tier 1: Producer."To complete the activity "Complete Orchestrator enrollment," a total of four activities are required. One of them is "Sign up for an Education account."

    I already have an Education account registered with the same email address, so I cannot (and do not want to) create a second one. Instead, I use the option "Sign in to explore and enroll in our new learning paths."

    However, no matter what I try (logging out, clearing browser data, signing in again, or even coming back the next day), the task within "Complete Orchestrator enrollment" is never marked as completed.

    Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

    Good morning Ralf, some of the completions are a little buggy from my experience. The best route for stuff like this is to reach out to support. They are pretty quick to respond to these kinds of requests.
