Hi,
Does anyone know why the Compliance Abandon Rate cannot be set below 1%?
I'm thinking about raising this as an Idea because I've come across companies wanting to set this as 0.5% and the minimum value is 1% (I think PureConnect is the same).
Before raising the idea I wondered if someone at Genesys had a logical reason for the lowest rate being 1%.
