  • 1.  Condition values for Role permisssion Work team

    Hi,

    is there a list of special values like Current User for the role permission conditions?

    I'd like to give a teammanager access to recordings for his (Work)team only, QM is not being used yet though, so we are not assigning teammanagers as evaluators to interactions.

    Hello Jeroen,

    I think you should be able to set up some workteam specific permissions. 

    To do that, you'll want to create a role that includes the following permissions:

    • Recording > Recording > View (or Recording > Recording Segment > View)
    • Recording > Screen Recording > View

    Then you can apply this permission condition:

    • Condition Type: Work Team
    • Operator: Equals
    • Value: [The work team name]

    Thanks Jason, that's indeed how I ended up setting it up for one team doing a pilot, but unfortunately it would require a custom role for each team manager if it is rolled out. I was hoping something similar as "Current User" was available or maybe a "Report to" filer in some way.

    I just found the idea for this: Add "Reports To" conditions to view and | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal with a target GA by end of October.
